Alfonso González Domínguez
President

Zeroemissions chairman. Currently chairman of Abeinsa, Abengoa´s engineering and industrial construction business group. Industrial engineering at the Senior Technical School of Industrial Engineers of Seville. He has developed much of his career with Abengoa in various responsibilities ranging from director of the leadership of the defence division of Telvent (Old Sainco), director of the division of water and environment, general director of Sainsel, general manager of Inabensa, until the current chair of Abeinsa. He takes part of the strategy committee of Abengoa. The company Eptisa, was responsible for the launch of the nuclear power plant Trillo and CASA, head of chief of the plane CN235.

Emilio Rodríguez Izquierdo
General Director

Zeroemissions general director has an industrial engineering Degree by the University of Seville and MBA from the EOI, he has developed his career in Abengoa since 1996, when he joined the industrial engineering and construction business group. In Abengoa he had different responsibilities, which enumerate the direction of operations in Brazil in Abengoa´s engineering and construction activities, which prompted the investment program in transmission lines, as well as today in the business solar group , where he was the director of the construction of the Solar Platform in Sanlucar la Mayor. Its management as head of the management of strategic and commercial development in Abener led to the achievement of the penetration of thermosolar markets in North Africa, where Abengoa now concentrates very important contracts in the area of hybrid solar-cycle combined plans construction.

José Luis Luna García.
Head of legal division

Graduated in Law by Universidad de Sevilla in 1999. He studied in Université Robert Shuman of Strasbourg, France, and in Georgetown University, Washington, U.S.A. LLM in Business Law in the Instituto de Empresas in Madrid. Highly professional experience in mercantile law (corporate, mergers and acquisitions and contracting), finance (securitisation funds, financial products and corporate financings) and banking and stock markets law.

Claudio García Hernández-Díaz.
Director of New Products Business Development

Degree in Industrial Engineering with specialization in Organization by School of Engineering (ESI) of Seville. Postgraduate studies in Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (University of London). From the beginning of 2008 he has been working as a Director of Business Development of Zero Emissions Technologies S.A. (Abengoa). In 2001 he began his professional career in Strategy and Technology Consulting, specializing in transportation sector and providing his services both to public administration entities and private enterprises. He is in charge of submitting significant offers for national and international public tenders (European Commission and Multilateral Financial Institutions (World Bank, Interamerican Bank, USAID) in the field of sustainable mobility, renewable energy and climate change) Claudio has directed many national and international projects related to transportation, feasibility studies, financial and economical analysis, strategic and technological consulting, market research, statistical analysis. He frequently collaborates as a professor with the Industrial Organization School and with Cajasol Studies Institute.

Antonio Marín Ecija.
Head of Carbon Credits Generation Division

Antonio Marín Ëcija holds a degree in Msc. Industrial Engineer by the University of Seville (1994), ranking fourth-best among his graduating class. In 2009 he participated in (PDD) Management Development Program at IESE (University of Navarra). He has a 17-year experience in the environmental sector while holding executive-level positions in the Spanish government entities as well as in the private sector. He has worked in the Regional Wastewater Treatment Administration for two years. During eight years he has held the post of a Director of Engineering in a private company dedicated to the construction of wastewater processing plants, and worked as a Director of Operations of the same company during another three years, leading over 250 industrial project of both national and international scale.  His experience in the water and environment sector is complemented by four years of experience in the carbon market, as a Head of the Carbon Credits Generation Department. He is responsible for more than 40 projects located in different geographical areas: China, India, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Armenia, Morocco.

Juan Fernández García.
Head of New Technologies

Juan Fernandez Garcia began his studies at the Physics Department of the University of Seville, and graduated from the University of Napier (Edinburgh, United Kingdom) with a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Applied Physics and Computer Science. In 2001 he obtained a Masters degree in Computational Physics from the University of Salford (Greater Manchester, United Kingdom). He continued his postgraduate studies at the Institute for Materials Research, University of Salford, performing experiments at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (Didcot, United Kingdom) and at the Institut Laue-Langevin (Grenoble, France). His PhD thesis was titled “Neutron Scattering Studies and Simulations of Hydrogen Storage in Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes”, and it was dedicated to the absorption of Hydrogen in carbon nanotubes. He brings this extensive training to Zeroemissions, joining the New Technologies department of the company in 2009 as a R&D Technician. Currently he is heading the New Technologies department and implements R&D projects dedicated to the greenhouse gas reduction technologies.

María Rodríguez Delgado.
Head of Communications and Marketing

Maria Rodriguez Delgado has a Bachelors degree in Tourism Business Management from the College of Food, Tourism & Creative Studies (Birmingham, United Kingdom) and over 10 years of professional experience in the areas of customer service, purchasing and administration. She joined Zeroemissions in 2008, where after finishing several masters-level studies, she specializes in external commerce, marketing, carbon markets and occupational health and safety areas. Since 2009 she has been directing the Communications and Marketing department of the company.
