Zeroemissions was one of the 150 organisations and companies that participated in the international workshop on the transfer of environmental technologies organised by CITAndalucía in May. Many of the participants reached some kind of collaboration agreement during the event that they will formalise over the next few months.
Many sewage treatment companies attended the workshop, held in May in Seville, as well as companies such as Zeroemissions, dedicated to carbon markets and the fight against climate change. The event was held within the framework of the 20th Annual Meeting of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (Setac), the biggest and most important meeting of this type in Europe. The event was able to bring together about 40 Andalusian SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), which had the opportunity to make contact with institutions and companies from Germany, Jordan or Ireland. Several research groups specialising in the subject, from universities and research centres from all over the world, also attended the event.
With this kind of activity, part of the European SME Week, it is aimed to support and also promote this enterprising spirit.
