Zeroemissions do Brasil, the society of Zeroemissions Technologies that heads activity in Brazil, has now gained certification of the ISO 18000 standard in Health and Safety in the Workplace and has kept the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications in Quality and Environment.
The integrated system in place at Zeroemissions do Brasil for the development of their business activity has been subject to external auditing by the certification company AENOR. The system passed the audit and no instance of non-conformity was found. The audit report also highlights the company’s commitment to monitor the three international management standards.
The ISO standard in Quality Management means that quality requirements of clients and generally applicable requirements should all be met. In addition it aims to improve customer satisfaction through continuous process improvements.
This certification lays down a systematic focus with the aim of being able to manage organization processes and provide services that meet client expectations.
Obtaining the Certification for Environmental Management Systems supports Zeroemissions implementation of a system geared towards minimizing the damages that their activity can cause on the environment. What is more, emphasis has been placed on the company’s active commitment to improve organization. This means that setting environmental objectives, monitoring them and demonstrating their validity are obligatory.
The implementation of a management system for health and safety in the workplace encourages a preventative culture along with the ability to identify, evaluate and control the risk associated with each work station.
These three standards have become the most recognizable on an international level when it comes to ensuring quality, respect for the environment and health and safety in the workplace.
